Description

Abandoned moped/motor scooter has been in the field for a few days. No license plates. Wondering if it’s stolen property. It’s in the field behind Stefanik school, but if you go to the end of Gill Street it’s right there at the entrance to the field. I am concerned teenagers might find it and get a hold of it and try to use it and get hurt if it’s left there too long.
