Handicap corners were just installed a few years ago, restoration from DTE energy's gas line work is replacing with asphalt? It's across the neighborhood. DTE stated that they would replace with matching replacements, is the city aware of this? Huge tax payer money is getting ripped up and cheaply replaced. Is there an effort to restore back to the pre-DTE handicap accessibility days?
