Description

Quads and dirt bikes constantly flying through the 4 way intersection at the park and the boulevard. These riders do not stop at the signs and have total disregard for motorists on the road. Can NBPD please patrol the area or find a way to keep motorists and pedestrians safe from the delinquents on those recreational vehicles.
