If Advanced Disposal missed your trash or recycle cart pickup (and it was there before 7:00 a.m. of your pickup day) please contact Advanced Disposal direct at 1-888-443-1717, or fill-out a “Customer Care Form” online at www.advanceddisposal.com, click the "Customer Care" tab and there will be a "Customer Care Form" you can fill-out and submit.
A. Last week, our trash was picked up a day late. This week, our trash has not been picked up again as of 7:45pm, Tuesday. This is getting to be really annoying! Can you please get the trash company to pick up on the day they're supposed to?
