Side walks have been torn up by snow plows for several years @ 40 Baldwin Ave. We are 1 house away from Nathan Hale School and children will walk in the street and mothers with baby carriages will also go in the street. A city tree was cut down 10 years ago and the stump removed last year so the side walk can be remade to proper spec's.
