Descrizione

Owner self-installed rain gutter without permit. Gutter not professionally installed and was improperly fitted. It is encroaching neighbor's property line and has potential risk of falling. Because it overhanging near windows and outdoor spaces, it posses an immediate danger to people and children nearby.
