Owner claims she is making a "rock garden" but really she seems to be a hoarder-collecting and storing anything she can get her hands on in this lot. She can call it whatever she wants, but everyone else is calling it JUNK and BLIGHT. Inspector claims there is no cause for action but she is full of it. The crap will continue to pile up and nothing is ever going to come of it. She's giving inspectors the runaround so she can continue collecting her precious junk. Please issue violation.

Having to look at this blight every day is awful and not why I pay taxes. Vermin also finds a home in junk and it is not fair ti the rest of this community not to have this person comply with rules. Cite this individual!!...

Please, this owner needs to be told that this is not a dumping ground! The lot needs to be cleared and grass needs to be planted! This owner does not live in the neighborhood, is not building a rock garden, and we are the ones stuck looking at this EYESORE in OUR neighborhood by an absentee landlord EVERYDAY! Just bexause someone shuffles and piles some rocks to make it look like something is coming does not a garden make! Fine this owner and telk them our neighborhood is not a dumping ground!!!
