As recently as July 15, 2021, the problem still exists. There are even more items than originally reported. It was recently reported to Randy Shuman, City of Detroit property inspector, but I was notified that he is now retired.

There is still furniture stored in rear yard.

I visited the site today. There is still upholstered furniture in the rear yard.

1/6/2022 - Problem of dumping upholstered items in rear yard has still not been resolved.

Condition still exists as of March 2022.

It has been more than a year since this complaint was reported. The condition remains the same.

The problem continues.

This property was revisited. It appears that the upholstered furniture was removed from rear yard.
