Can someone tell these people they are terrible dog owners. Please turn your dog into a shelter and never get another one. That poor puppy is just lying in the heat tied to a back door. If you don't want him then let animal control take him away because he doesn't deserve the terrible conditions you are keeping him. Please be warned I have contacted the proper authorities to have you fined.
