This is just one of many on St Louis street that need to be raised many of these houses have been vacant for 20-30 years and I have been complaining for many years but the city always have some excuse not to remove them. I am going to reach our to District 3 rep for help for the one next door to me and the lot behind me I should not have to pay taxes and live in these deplorable conditions.

Because a bum lives here the City looks the other way he don’t maintain the property at all garbage dead cats urine feces grocery carts junk and filth is everywhere back yard and both side yards is like a forest the bum collects social security checks he says are over $1600 monthly plus stimulus checks. The City of Detroit offers no help to the property owners while demanding tax payments. Tell me who can help?
