Whatever reason the dumpster nearest to this property was not emptied on Tuesday at the one next to it was. (it’s actually right behind the vacant cement slab that the city owns) I heard the garbage truck and when outside and saw the empty in the one behind 1741 16th St South. But for some reason the one between tax king and the city owned empty lot was not emptied. There is rotting food and a lot of flies in there the produce stand or the food bank throughout some spoiling produce and it is disgusting. It’s also leading to the mess behind tax king because people are pulling stuff out of the garbage and dragging it behind tax king. I work really hard to keep this alley clean and it’s very upsetting. Please make sure this dumpster gets emptied and the stuff around the dumpster gets cleaned up. Thank you so much if I see anyone illegally dumping I will let you know!
