4-4:15 pm vans pass stop sign and/or turn onto Alston Ave.ignoring school bus with sign and lights flashing and kids trying to cross.Bus driver has beeped and vans live right in neighborhood.Reported to bus company and local police and dmv can issue ticket (approx. $450)
