The city or police dept or someone needs to communicate with the Somali community that they are in Minnesota and must follow our laws. I am ready to more out of this neighborhood because of the rudeness and trash and disrespect and chaos caused by the patrons of the Somali mall at 24th street between Elliott ave and 10th avenue south. Either shut the mall down, or make some money by having tow trucks ready to tow violators immediately. I've lived here 25 years and have less trouble from the drug dealers and gang activity.
