Description

This car has been parked here since the first February snow storm and parking ban. It has not moved for any other winter parking bans since. The car has been vandalized 3 times and we called the police who said they couldn't do anything about it. The cars plates do not have any current Mass stickers on them that make it legal and the inspection is from New Jersey. The police said the plates do come up as belonging to someone. This car has not been touched by a person other than the vandals in 3 months.
