Tax King 1757 16th St S is permanently closed. there are people squatting in the back and along the side of this building. They have left a mess and it smells like urine. I always clean up the alley and around the garbage is but this is a hazardous condition. Please hold the owner responsible for the condition of this building. It is in the name of a trust apparently we have somebody that wants to buy the building and put a business in there but the owner has not called us back. Please get this place cleaned up I live two doors away from it and it is disgusting and dangerous there are people back there all night and there are biological materials back there. Plus it looks horrible. my landlord has a business in the front and I live in the residential section. Please make sure this gets remedied immediately. Thank you!
