Description

If the city is going to own property for development and they’re not going to sell it to private citizens or businesses then they need to maintain it. If any business on this street had this mess on their property they would have a citation the very first day. this is between tax king and the city owned property I’m not sure which property it’s on but it is a mess all the time. It is never mowed and we the neighbors end up mowing it. There is always debris and it is a mess behind it and in the lot. This is both for the city owned lot at the address of this report and for tax king at 1757. The only way we can improve the neighborhood is if it is kept clean. And yes I understand people pass by and litter but if the city owns this property then you need to maintain it. Us neighbors are exhausted from cleaning up other peoples garbage. Please have someone maintain this city property and the one behind it more frequently. It is unacceptable that you have a sign that says no trespassing city of Saint Pete and then the City doesn’t even come clean it.
