This property has been under development since mid-2020. Since November of last year, however, very little, if any, progress has been made in completing the construction. In the meantime, the grounds are a shambles, with mounds of dirt a number of feet high, and a Dumpster and portable toilet remain on the property. Neighbors are rightly upset. Can the Village take some action to require the property be brought up to code with regard to weeds and debris? Thank you.
