Whoever did the paving in this section and on 513 near the turnoff towards Hacklebarney Park should be SUED! Whatever method they used resulted in what amounts to "rumble strips" in the road. With winter and snowplowing coming, these roads won't last 2 years before potholes will be everywhere.
