This is not a Traffic complaint but more of a Neighborhood Policing Issue. Your concern has been forward to the 6th Precinct to handle. If you do not see that your issue has been corrected, you can call the precinct at 313-596-5620 and asked to speak with a Neighborhood Policing Supervisor.
