The red light for traffic on Monroe at Forsyth St is excessively long The wait for it to turn green is at least 2 minutes There is often no visible traffic on Forsyth so adjusting the time it takes for the light to turn green for traffic on Monroe would have a negligible, if any impact, on the flow of traffic on Forsyth St
