Description

Hello, After a wind storm several months ago the traffic signal at the southbound Tramway and I-40 on-ramp the signal twisted facing the wrong way. That red light is confusing and unexpected to speeders heading southbound as it is. It would be safer to have that light fixed. Thank you,
