Description

Everyone has been hearing about the drought but SSF doesn't seem to know anything about it. On Hickey Blvd. between Chevy's & Junipero Serra, workmen have chopped up the shrub or whatever it was on the median and then laid down sod! Planting grass in the midst of a drought may be "pretty" but definitely not practical. Also, there have been complaints over several years about the striping on the sharp part of the curve coming from Junipero Serra towards El Camino Real. You can't see the lines when it is dark and raining! It looks like SSF is more interested in beauty than practicality! And where is the water coming from for all these apartment buildings? Unbelievable!
