Description
In Kensington Market especially, and throughout the City, I see many cyclists ride while texting or talking on cell phones. Many do this while going the wrong way on local streets. Are police issuing fines to cyclists for distracted driving? It's clearly an unsafe behaviour that seems to be increasing.

Keep in mind also, that if they receive a head injury and they're not wearing a helmet, like the knob in the picture, your insurance company may not have to pay out to them. Apparently, wearing a helmet is considered due diligence while riding a bike... duh.
Still, there would be no schadenfreude for me if anyone is injured in an accident... regardless of idiocy and due diligence.
