Description

There's a group of 3 to 5 pudgy, dark skinned, black girls walking through the neighborhood. They're new to the area, and they appear to be "casing" the houses over here. They were seen going onto a neighbor's porch, in an attempt to "test" the house's security measures, and there was a house broken into on this block recently. Be on the look out.
