and this house has had a lot of issues in the last few years. built a huge shed in the back yard, not sure if you need a permit for this. It does seem the city can't stop us all from turning our yards into driveways/parking lots. Google this address and see what it looked like just a couple years ago, then drive by and see the difference for yourself.

Try living next to theses people! We own our home, and take good care of it, but are frustruated by the problems from this house! I feel for the kids the most, as they have multiple cats, ferrets, and do not seem to be very clean. What can we do? The city allows them to park in the yard, build without a permit, and my guess is the kids are being neglected!

went by this address and huge shed is a professionally built 12 X 12 shed with new roof that was already on property when current tenant moved in. Parking is legal according to city ordinance with 8 inches of crushed asphalt. will monitor to see if still parking on sidewalk but they know it is illegal now

According to city inspectors sheds under 200 square feet do not need a building permit, the shed in question 12 X 12 = 144, fixed. Parking on an approved surface according to city ordinance, fixed. Owning multiple cats, not illegal, fixed. Owning ferrets, not illegal, fixed. Dont seem to be very clean, not illegal, fixed. Do not block sidewalk, fixed. Whoever is in control of this should consider this FIXED

That's not very well known, and as far as I know you have to go through the City directly for it (as opposed to through the vets like a routine rabies tag).
