Started on 3/24. Complaint is it can be up 2 minutes before signals change to green for East St. Sounds similar to the issue that happened in October. Thanks.

Two issues: 1) Branches are on the cable and telephone cables running through the trees from the CEL pole at the end of Hendrick (where it meets Baird) to resident's home. 2) Evaluate/trim/remove the very tall trees that are in that portion of Watson as well.
