Trees overhanging the road making it difficult for school buses to pass.

The pavement from a previous repair around a manhole cover in the northbound lane has fallen in and created a dangerous dip in the road.

Road has sunk and manhole cover is off, water coming from manhole.

Tree branch has fallen blocking the roadway overhead. School buses cannot pass without going off of the pavement.

Trees have grown over the road obstructing the safe passage of school buses.

Trash collection on 8/24/16 in Chesopeian Colony. I noticed last night that at least 2 addressed in our neighborhood had trash spilled when the collection was made. The trash was left on the street by the trash collector. Perhaps this was a new collector who may benefit from addition training on the equipment?

At the intersection of Va. Beach Blvd. and Colony Pines Dr. the right west bound lane of Virginia Beach Blvd. is caving in, in front of the storm drain. There must be a washout problem under the road in front of the storm drain. The city came out and patched an extremely large pothole at this location within the last 60 days; the road is continuing to fall in. It sure would be a shame if there is a large sinkhole and some vehicle falls into the earth, like a car, large truck, or school bus loaded with children.

At the intersection of Shore Dr. & Greenwell Rd., in the westbound lanes, under the traffic light, the asphalt has been pushed up by something underneath or has simply rolled up creating the effect of 2 speed bumps. The damaging affect in a car is not as severe as larger vehicles like school buses, dump trucks, and the like. When these heavier vehicles come in contact with these bumps, repeated impacts cause damage. Please correct this part the of asphalt as soon as possible to eliminate this problem. This is my second report in six months.

Asphalt in intersection on Shore Dr. has been pushed up, forming a large bump in the road as large as a speed bump which is very damaging to vehicles when they cross it. The asphalt under the traffic lights needs to be milled and re-laid. This area is particularly damaging to school buses when traveling through this intersection.

High Water Marker on S. Bay Shore Dr. between Wythe & Gunston is gone.

A previous concrete repair has broken up in the westbound lane of Shore Dr. in 2 places at each end of The Leaping Lizard. This encompasses both westbound lanes. The road damage is SEVERE! It needs to be corrected immediately.

Direction sign to I-264 West indicates turn right on Va. Beach Blvd. when heading south on N. Great Neck. With the new ramp for London Bridge, shouldn't it indicate "straight" across Va. Beach Blvd. to I-264 ?

Where Wisconsin ends, there is a severe hump in the asphalt, worse than a speed bump. Something has caused the pavement to rise up. This needs immediate attention.

Street sign is totally covered by tree branches. Suggest moving sign to opposite side of street.
