One can only tell what color the light actually is. once they are very close. please remove or angle these shielding apparatus so approaching vehicles can have a better view of the traffic lights and drive accordingly.

The right hand turn arrows at the bottom of the northbound Franklin exit from 295 are not letting enough vehicles pass per cycle. currently only four or five make it through.
this is leading to drivers taking illegal right-hand turns on red. It is also creating a backup onto the main line during periods of peak traffic. please resolve the timing of this traffic light before there is a highway speed crash. You have people's lives in your hand.
