    driving in the left most lane on kirby going south you'll encounter a manhole where the street has sunk around it. this has created a buckling in the street where the manhole is a small steep bump. this is increasing getting worse as cars are bouncing off and around it. asphalt work needs to be done to level out the road around the manhole.

    white Mercedes Benz SUV parked with trunk on the edge of kirby. vehicles driving in the right lane headed south on kirby turning onto north blvd have to use extreme caution partially turning onto oncoming traffic to avoid illegally parked vehicle. no signage is there saying to not park close to curb, i guess this is now necessary to remind people to leave distance between curb and first parked vehicle. it has also been routinely requested several times to patrol this city block and every request has been canceled. there have been more car break ins, more illegally parked vehicles, and disruptive behavior in the evenings (drag races, throwing glass bottles at homes, smashing into fences and signs, etc.). i'm tired of reporting these things to 311 and HPD, nothing is ever done.
