Dark. Unlicensed vehicle / construction 4 wheel trailer abandoned in the outside of the curve, only reflectors are a pair of brake lights.

Particular problem with the streetlight at Downs court STILL out.

THIRD REPORT. Working until Google installed fiber conduit. Reported 1) Sept. 2) again in Dec/Jan. 2a) Pole is marked with yellow tape "NO POWER" with a mid January date. 3) STILL OUT Duke should not close order if unable confirm repair.

Road surface is very rough and uneven. Many potholes, drops in road surface over old utility cuts, (water, gas & sewer)
Poor fills need to be reworked & proper compacting of fill done before repaving.

Significant drop in pavement., Has been patched / filled multiple times. Looks like fill above underground pipe is eroding or was not compacted properly.
In front of circular drive at Highland Methodist. .

Center line marking needs to be corrected where new work was done on Centennial. Left through lane - dumps onto center lane on older road surface.

Light still out

Double light, one over inbound & outbound lanes. Previously reported, Duke has tagged. STILL INOPERATIVE for over a year.

Light previously reported, tagged by Duke Progress. Went out as Google ran fiber, Reported then, STILL OUT !

On in day time

In the 1970's Raleigh entered into a agreement with CP&L about power lines & street lights.
The street lights on Horton should be powered underground.
There is a possibility that they were grandfathered in as an undeveloped area.
HOWEVER, someone has now pulled a un-metered feed from the street light line to feed a pole mounted, security camera installation near Lake Boone Trail, The west side of Horton is now no longer un-developed, by the camera and all the new apartments. being built beside the greenway.
The street lights should have been addressed as the Palms were torn down and before residents were moving into the replacement apartments.

SCF reported letter sent. Sigh has NOT been moved. Apartments are now being rented. Visual Obstruction remains.

Oberlyn Rd north of Smallwood. Traffic barriers at construction sight have been moved into the remaining travel lane. Narrowing the lane further...
