    The lines of the bike lane heading out West Commercial meet this sharp curb bumpout with no warning or break to allow both bikes and vehicles to know that bikes will need to move left further into the travel lane to safely continue forward. This has been a safety concern for quite a while and remains a safety concern. Please address. Bike lane striping on the opposite side of the road is also lacking at this crosswalk pinch point.

    The method by which recycling is collected needs improvement. After collection day today, the West End is covered in small piles of broken glass seemingly at every single point of collection. The attached picture of Spruce is but one example of dozens of broken glass piles on Spruce, Spring and Brackett Sts that I saw.

    Please complete this project by correcting street line painting, adding wayfinding signage and generally communicating how cyclists should maneuver through this juncture. The on-road bike lane ends abruptly at a curb. There's currently no indication that cyclists have the right and/or opportunity to continue westbound on the roadway. There is also no indication that cyclists have the option at this point to travel on the new multi-use trail. These finishing touches would improve safety and make the project appear more complete. An audible beep is heard when pushing the request button but the signals never change to a Walk sign. Please remedy as this is a very scary place to cross without the signals. Thank you.

    Please address the safety concern created here where the new crosswalk has been constructed. The lines of the bike lane abruptly end at a very sharp curb. Does the bike lane actually end here? The markings currently send this message. The bike symbol on the street and the previous white line have been removed. This is a serious safety concern as vehicle operators have no indication to expect bicyclists to move out into the narrowed travel lane at this pinch point.
