For the third time, Lane markings on this section of Road are extremely unclear. People are still using the right lane to go straight, which is marked by sign, but not by Lane marking, is a right-turn-only lane.

Traffic lights that turn green for traffic going eastbound on cross streets crossing Hiawatha when LRT is going by remain green after RR cross arm gate has started to drop. It is possible for drivers to not see the arm and see the green light and think they can still go

Multiple manholes on newly paved / repaved section of Hennepin are still not level with the street and feel like potholes when run over

Railroad tracks have terrible potholes here
