    A very large oak tree 30 years old, presumed dead. Resident said the Co. has done trimming on this oak tree last year. Could fall very soon damaging both homes and vehicles. It is located between two houses. Tree has long cracks in the bark and has lost many limbs. Tree creaks loudly when wind blows.

    Standing water and Lynn Buff Ct. and Rt. 1 all the time. It forms ice when cold enough and putting down salt is not enough. Water appears to be coming off the bank above the road. Citizen says maybe curbing or something needs to be done. There are several businesses located off Lynn Buff Ct. and other employees are concerned about this. Will provide name of person who called internally. There have already been accidents at location.

    Homeowner is complaining about puck marks, like shallow pot holes where the roads has been repaired 3 or 4 times in front of 1 or 2 property homes between St. Jones Lane and Hawthorne Road. It is right down the middle of the road. I will provide name and phone number of resident.

    Really none of the concerns. Trees on the other side of the creek are overgrown and branches have fallen into creek and on his property. Resident asks if trees can be trimmed up.

    possible sink hole in right of way area between the sidewalk and the street at the corner Log Raft and Audobon Dr. - is next to the stop sign under the sidewalk and there is a storm drain there. The hole is not very big, but deep.

    trees are between his house and the townhouses nearby. Resident is hoping the Co. will remove the dead tree and can just remove the large branches. He had Mercers Tree Experts come, but since the trees are not on his property, the tree co. could not touch them.
