There are 5 lights that are not working at the east parking lot that is adjunct to the dog park at the South Chula Public Library

A Toyota Celia, plate # 5R0W459, has been park in the driveway at 1228 Josselyn, Chula Vista, CA 91911 for year. It's a eye sore for the neighborhood.

Actually the landscaping of South Chula Vista Public Library. There are weeds growing and the palm trees need to be trimmed. The crew who is in charged the park is doing a fantastic job!!'

When you are heading south on Third Ave and want to make a left on Montgomery street you will have to wait until the traffic heading north to pass and by this time traffic that is behind you gets backed up. There needs to have a left signal light to let the cars go first. That goes also when cars are heading north a left signal light

People who are leaving the Starbucks and they are making a left turn trying to get onto the freeway can be tricky because people leaving the hometown. Buffet making a left or going straight make get hit by on coming traffic. Then you have the foot traiffic. Can the traciffic light be set that one goes first and the other side afterwards.

South Chula Vista Public Library needs to be improved. The section I am referring to the parking lot by the dog park. There is weeds growing as high as waist. You can tell it has not been maintain for months. The city should pay some of the homeless to pull the weeds.

Heading south on Third Ave and I want to make a left on Montgomery Street. The light should have an a green arrow allowing cars to male a left turn. It only has a sig n that says "yield on green." There has been so many times that I have almost been hit from behind because cars do not slow down until the last minute.

At an empty lot on Third Ave between Palomar and Kennedy street where there was a business, El Norteño Taco Shop 2 , the homeless is starting a homeless camp

At South Chula Vista Public Library, 389 Orange Ave Chula Vista CA 91911, the light post by the entrance by the dog park is not working. It's been out for several months and gets very dark in that area. Also, the lights on the library by the literacy entrance against the wall are not working

On the corner of Josselyn and Oxford there is gariffte on the white wall

Need some street lights. Street is REALLY dark. Need more light posts on Josselyn Ave
