I walked by the ditch today with my dog and almost threw up the smell was out of control

ditch along side of property for drainage has very low water because no rain. it is growing mold and stinks - it needs to be cleaned out.

They never pick up the dog poop from the three dogs they have in the yard on the side and front of the villa

Please see attached letter sent to Governor Scott. I have posted for months. The county is responsible for clearing easement around drainage ditches. Just clear it, Please and thank you

I have been sending notices about the run off ditch at the end of the street. there is a drain ditch between Bent Tree Estates and Bardmoore. the trees have not been trimmed and wih the storm they are leaning against the electric wires. causing power to be out. I did my part as a resident, and you keep sending replies that my issue has been resolved. Well it was not and now my neighborhood is suffering. Please restore our power and clean the ditch - to include cutting the trees.

Villa renter has been storing his trash in plastic bags in the rear of the villa. HOA sent letter to get a trash can. He got a trash can without a lid and the bags are piling up. The rats and other animals are getting into the trash and bringing it out into the yard.Letters have been sent and ignored - something has to be done.

This has to do with Sidewalk blockage. The people that live in the villa rent. they have 3 people that drive and have cars. They often have friends over with cars. There have been on a regular basis as many as 8 -9 cars for many days and especially on the weekends. We have handicapped people that are not able to get by because they are parking allover the sidewalk in front and on the side of the villa - one reported he had to take his motorized wheel chair into the street and was almost hit by a car. We notified the owner, renter and now you. This is dangerous and against the law. they continue to abuse this law.

renter that lives there uses plastic bags for kitchen garbage and stores it on the back porch not in a can with a lid. The rats and other animals break into the bags and garbage is all over - unsanitary. Letters have been ignored.

There is a storm drain ditch that is over grown and has standing water and mold. The ditch is at the south end of Bent Tree Estates. The entranced to Bent Tree is on Starkey Road and 100th Ave. the ditch in questions is all along the south end of the property from Starkey Road to the back of Bardmore Tennis Courts. Please clean out and stray for bugs.

They have a mattress or box spring in the front yard for someone to take. It has been there 2 or more weeks. It needs to go. The HOA has sent notices and they are not acting on them

The lawn is not mowed. they have large dogs. they do not walk the dogs. They let them out back and the dog poop is everywhere. Their neighbors cannot use their own back porch because the smell is awful. This has been reported a few times and nothing has been done. It is not healthy.

This issue has been reported previously.They also have received letters from the HOA - they need to be fined for not picking up their dog poop. they have a short fence behind their villa and they just keep letting their dogs go out in that area. Something needs to be done.

Going north on 49th Street the left hand turn lane onto Ulmerton Road allows only 4 cars to get through in the morning high traffic time. It needs to be longer. today I sat through 3 cycles.

Garbage bags are being stored on the back porch and not in cans.
