bent tree west HOA

Owner of 2 dogs is not picking up the poop from either of the dogs. He walks them and clearly does not pick up and there is an overage of poop not picked up in his back yard. We are a villa association and share yards, this is not fair to the owners around him and completely unsanitary.

the photo was submitted from a close neighbor to the Bent Tree West HOA. The persons living at 10038 88th Street are burning a fire pit too close to their home and the two villas on either side. there are rules / laws on how close a fire pit can be used and they are not obeying them. The fire is not controlled. Bent Tree West has received 3 complaints to date.

Owner had a concrete slab poured and it could be over the size of her property and the easement - may not have gotten a permit to have the slab poured and did not get approval from the HOA. It appears to encroach on the easement or be over the easement which is against the law. No plans were approved by the HOA.

Care has a PA license plate. It does not appear to be up to date. Car has been living at this address for well over 3 years and has not registered it in the state of FL

I had 5 people tell me today the dog that is off leash and pooping all over the neighborhood is located at the address provided. I have been told by the person that has this dog that it was the neighbors dog but as of today -4 homeowners identified this woman and her dog. She is a part time resident and since she is back down the dog is seen again. It has to stop.

It has been reported more than one time. It has been brought to the attention of the HOA. The HOA has reported it. Today there is a pile of POOP in my back yard from this dog. The dog is often off leash. The dog has been reported as aggressive. Something needs to be done.

the owner of a large dog walks the dog on the common grounds and NEVER picks up the poop. This is a violation of the rules and regulations of the community and it is against the law. It has been witnessed by Board members and neighbors. A letter from the HOA was sent, and still the poop is not picked up.

9943 88th Way and 9931 88th Way could have a sink hole forming. We (HOA Presidents) walked back (towards the back of the villas) there and there is what appears to be the beginning of a sink hole. This location has had issues in the past and it also appears the street in dipping in at the same area between these two addresses which has had problems in the past.

Trash / garbage in bags piles in screened in back porch. this is causing a problem with rats. the owner has been notified and it continues to be a problem. owner located at 7742 Cumberland Road in Seminole.

The drainage ditch across the street from this address (Bent Tree West North end) is over grown down the sides. there are bushes and trees growing out of control. If not cut now will over grow and be costly to cut back for proper drainage.

THERE ARE SEVERAL FAMILIES LIVING IN THIS 1100 SQ FT VILLA. THERE ARE CHICKENS, CATS, DOGS, SNAKES, REPTILES, AND OTHER ANIMALS LIVING INSIDE THE VILLA. THE HOA HAS SENT LETTERS BUT THEY ARE NOT FIXING OR CHANGING ANYTHING.

Dog owner walked her dog onto her neighbors property to let the dog poop. Dog owner lives at 10039 88th street. Dog pooped at 10051 88th street. The owne's family is showing the property to sell it. Dog owner did not make any effort to pick up poop. This was witnessed by me. Dog owner left in her car.
