The traffic lights at mountain are antiques but are they equipped to handle change if there was an evcuation from Thornhill and streets feeding into Thornhill. I am concerned because on weekdays at about 0845 (am) the traffic extends from mountain past Thornhill Elementary School

    The traffic driving down and up Thornhill seems to think this is a race track speeding at all hours of the day. I have lived here three years and never seen any traffic enforcement.

    Between the Montclair library and Montclair elementary school there is asphalt sidewal that is very uneven creating cracks uneven surfaces, etc. making it very difficult to walk in that area creating situations for falls turned ankles. A lot of seniors walk in this area it needs to have cracks filled and smoothed out to make it a walkable surface
