We would like to have the tree at the end of the terrace trimmed back again. Squirrels are getting on my roof and trying to get in through the facia boards.

Terrace needs to be plowing and sand/salt. Very icy and with no sidewalks hard to get by.

When the street cleaner came through today 10-20 and made the u turn trash spilled out of the truck and is in the middle of the road. If you could have someone come by to clean it we would appreciate it.

Can we please have a private way sign put up, there was one prior to the new signs that were installed and its created 2 issues, cars speed down the terrace not realizing its a dead end making 3 point turns in our driveway and cars that do not belong on the private way park on it making parking difficult for us.

Since my first submission of oil on the street was confirmed to be "trash juice" and should have been gone after the next rain fall, It is still prevalent on the terrace and needs to be cleaned. There is still heavy stains that hasn't been removed after several rain storms.

Each time the street sweeper comes down the dead end and turns to go out it drops debris in front of my house. last month it was a coat and cans this week its plastic bottles, hair and paper. Can someone come by and clean this up?
