There is an enormous amount of litter in the median parks Poplar Street. There's broken bottles, broken glass in the fountains, empty beer cans, thousands of cigarette butts. I filled a garbage bag up and didn't make a dent in the amount of trash. The worse area was the bus stop and in front of Poplar Mart. The curbs along the street have trash in them as well.

This railing has been broken for over a year. It's an eyesore and unsafe for the school kids that walk by it to and from school.
