    A pedestrian island in the middle of Darby Lane (just off of Tollgate Rd) has been hit numerous times by residents' vehicles causing serious damage. This island was installed (I assume) when there was a tot lot on the south side of Darby Lane and is no longer needed. It would better serve the community if it were replaced by a speed control bump or nothing at all. I live right at this location and have observed many accidents. Please help.
