There is a Utility pole installed in the sidewalk just North of Ashford Parkway on the Eastside of Dairy Ashford Rd by the underground pass. This utility pole is installed right next to another pole in which there is 3 ft of clearance to pass on the sidewalk. Some Mountain Bikes can no pass through this space while on the sidewalk and need to go to the street.

Please go investigate this as it is causing issues with people riding bicycles down this sidewalk.

The sidewalk is buckling at a location on the sidewalk (eastside of S. Dairy Ashford). This is occurring near to where the sidewalk meets the driveway to a business.

One bicyclist was ALMOST hit by a car. This is because the cyclist was paying attention to sidewalk buckling when a car turned into the Terry Hershey Park Parking Lot and not looking for the car.

The sidewalk is buckling at 2 separate locations on the sidewalk (eastside of S. Dairy Ashford). This is occuring where the sidewalk meets the driveway to a business.

2 pedestrians have fallen due to these, and one bicyclist was hit by a car. This is because the pedestrian/cyclist was paying attention to cars turning and not the sidewalk which caused them to loose their balance.

The sidewalks located on the North side of Washington leading to the East side of TC Jester need replacing or leveling. They are so uneven, its hard to ride a bike, impossible to rollerblade, and even walking without tripping is tough. This is due to years of use and road resurfacing but no sidewalk maintenance.

The sidewalks on the west side of TC Jester are still covered with grass, tree roots, weeds, and each one is uneven to the next one. In order to walk here you have to go into the street due to the fence on the side. When riding a bike or rollerblading, it is not possible to use the sidewalk. This is due to years of neglect.

There is a large pile of broken glass from either a patio door or window laying in the street. This was not there this Sunday but was Monday morning.

This weekend at 1 PM 5-7 cars parked on the North & South side of Inker St right by Detering St. This caused the narrow street to become even more narrow where only cars could pass through. Trucks had to stop and reverse out of trying to get through. My neighbor and I were one of these people and we live on Inker St.

This issue is present due to the Buffalo Bayou Brewing Company. The tell everyone to park on the surrounding streets and not in the open field right next to them. This causing for all the narrow streets to be blocked by cars where an ambulance or fire truck could not get through.

This needs to be addressed ASAP. I have already asked for No Parking Signs and even STOP signs on that corner to deter people from flying down the st more than 25 mph and so they would not park within 30 ft of a STOP sign.

There is what appears to be a pile of cement waste on T.C. Jester (north bound) right curb lane just North of the railroad tracks. This pile has been reported 2-3 times and the issue closed with no action over the past yr. Please send a road crew out to remove it. This weekend a bicyclist hit it got a flat tire and flew over their handle bars onto the grass median. Luckily there was no car behind them, otherwise they would have been hit. This lane is a city Bike route.

The local trash dump is back.. 12 tires and trash... Happens all the time here..

There is a clump of cement (waste) that appears to have fallen out of a truck on the edge of the road by the curb. This clump is about 3 inches tall, about 1 square ft in size. A bicyclist fell after hit this over the weekend and I twisted my ankle while running. I tried to remove it from the road with my cement chisel and sledge, but its on there good and too much traffic coming.. Please remove ASAP so more people don't get hurt..

The couches have made a comeback. A couch was dumped here this weekend in the weeds.. Please come and pick up ASAP..

There are 2 house'e next to each other that have been "abandoned" for 2-3 months. One is labeled as "For Sale to be moved" and the other is just standing there. Over the past week the house has been broken into, fences removed, and now windows broken with being vandalized. This house is right around the corner from a school and the city needs to look into this house, the owners, or even the developer who has put up signs of future build plans to have the house's removed soon so no more break-ins and vandalism happens.

There are 2 people that live in this house who pan handle for money when you drive down the street. The house has rubbish of all kinds laying around outside and a pungent odor coming from their house.

This house can not pass housing codes and is not suited for living. The individuals who live inside stop cars to ask for money while smoking marijuana and don't accept food or water. They just want money.

Please have the city or police look into this lot or house.

This street has 8 new builds within 500ft of it and is 600-800 ft from a new kids park.

Recent Abandoned house with trash outside and rancid smell coming from house... House appears to be broken into and graffiti on the house and garage.. Please look into this property to deter from vandalism and crime.. Thanks

Since the construction on the I-10 theatre ramp 2 streets up.. Drivers go speeding down inker at (west and east) at speeds higher than 40 mph to beat traffic or trains.. Either speed bumps or a stop sign needs to installed at the corner of inker and Detering at for inker at traffic.. My 4 neighbors and I have almost been hit 3/4 times and a runner was ram off the road.. This is a narrow 2 lane at which should not have this problem.. Police have already been contacted and we were told to put a 311 request in.. Thanks..

Vacant house has possible gas leak.. Smell is on the street.. Need to look at ASAP.. Centerpoint has not come yet...

Illegal dumping site.... 4 or 5 loads have been illegally dumper here... I have taken 2 loads in my truck to the dump and recycle center but the remaining stuff is too much to do.. Please help clean up this area as the house it came from was torn down and 3 townhouses are going in.. Thanks..
