There is new graffiti on the Elm Street bridge at the river trail underpass, and along the trail toward Moorse Park.

There is a dead deer on the street near the US 127 overpass and East Mt. Hope that needs to be removed please.

There is offensive graffiti on an utility box next to the ball field by the river trail in Elm Park. There is also new graffiti under 496 on the river trail.

It may be just a one time thing because of new paving, but the church goers at the Riverside Church have completely blocked the sidewalk with parked cars.

There are newly broken windows in a house for sale at 1023 S Grand Ave.

There is a train stopped on the cn tracks crossing S Washington Ave for at least 30 minuets.

The surface of the street is totally gone in two areas of Moores River Drive in front of Frances Park. The east bound lane should be should be closed and repaired. The park will reopen soon and more people will be driving in that area. It is very dangerous.

On 3/12 the Grand River down stream from the Moores Park Damn was chocked with foam that looks like soap suds. This foam gathered on branches and in the coves and was three feet thick in places. Really gross looking. Is this a natural, or pollution?

There are two sections of Moores River Drive in front of Frances Park where the road surface is completely gone leaving only large pot holes.

The pedestrian cross light on the southwest side of Malcolm X and S Washington has been turned so it can not be seen when crossing M-X. street.

Huge pot holes have opened up on East Mt Hope from Aurelius all the way to 127 overpass. The whole street needs to be rebuilt!

The developers of the old Knapps warehouse have cut down all but two trees along the southern bank of the Red Cedar River across from the River Trail. They have cut down at least 100 trees. Why?

The street lights are out and one has been damaged on the 900 block of S Washington on the east side of the street from Hazel to Malcolm X.

The metal [old road signs] they have been using to patch the bridges near Moores Park and Elm Street are now covered with snow and are extremely slippery when stepped on. Some of them have rough strips on them but most of them do not. If you can not see the metal patches you could easily slip and fall. Please put more rough strips on them, or take them off for the winter.

The tree spaces in the sidewalk along W. Kalamazoo near the library have been filled with black top. I have long wondered why new trees have not been planted in those spots. Does this mean no trees will be planted there. The whole library area could use some attention. The garden areas look abandoned, the windows are very dirty.

There several street lights out on Greenlawn Ave right in front of the hospital.
