Dogs continue to be off leash in Mills Canyon. So 3 dogs off leash today. One ran at me aggressively. This is all in violation of the municipal code. Please enforce this law.

Another dog off leash on the Ed Taylor Loop today at ~ 12:30 pm. Weather permitting, I walk this trail approximately 5 times a week. I'd estimate at least 50% of the time I run into an off leash dog, and at least 50% of those dogs are not under control by their owner. This is in violation of the municipal code. It just happened to me again today where an off leash dog aggressively ran at me barking. I ran into another hiker about 4-8 weeks ago whose dog was attacked by another dog and she got into a scuffle to protect her dog and had a bloody face. She told me she reported that incident to the police. I've not reported anything before as I didn't want to be the bad guy, but I reached my tipping point today. I don't know how to solve this as it is hard to enforce this kind of municipal code, but I wanted to voice my frustration about this issue as because somebody could get hurt.

I live at 1388 Vancouver. This unknown vehicle has been parked for more than 3 days across the street. Is this an airport parker? It is a white Toyota Landcruiser, probably at least 20 years old. CA license 2PPF921.
