    this is IN ADDITION TO the last boat-dump I reported a few days ago. Now there are two sittin here... As feared, this is now a known spot to dump busted boats. Awesome.
    (Seems to me this would be a good place to install a camera as not much household privacy would be impacted at this spot.)

    this BOAT has been sitting here for MONTHS. It's about 18-feet long(?) I'm sure it's difficult to remove a boat but it's attracting graffiti and drug deals.

    This poor guy's encampment area caught on fire a while ago and the LARGE HEAP of burned out stuff, including his tiny-house, is still there. I believe this guy has mental health issues as I see him behaving erratically from time to time. Very sad situation, BUT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP REGARDLESS.

    Two new trenches dug in street for new construction sewer connection, filled with asphalt and leveled so poorly that there are now large grooves in the road like pothole the whole width of the street.

    Semi trucks and trailers parked overnight ALL the time. Sometimes idling. Please come ticket - this is against the law and adversely affects residents.

    The pavement in between the railroad tracks that cross 14th Street at Poplar has seriously degraded in the recent rains. There is no way to avoid this obstacle as it spans the whole street. It is particularly bad in the eastbound lanes. Ideally, just remove these tracks as they are not used by trains (sell the steel!). But in the shorter term, please smooth the road out! thanks.
