It looks like this storm drain is clogged - whenever it rains, the water fills up and the runs off through the yards.

Pitch dark at The Preserve, top of hill Skyview/Avalon drive. Safety hazard. 7 streetlights in a row all out.

Vehicle garages B5 and B6 in 2700 are being used as commercial workshops producing noise, safety concerns and road access issues.

Kids are getting scratched with poison ivy and Thorny weeds while riding and walking. Please help! N main is very overgrown

So much speeding leaving the train station all the way from train through forest on north main. There is a bus stop on this corner and people run the light and fly. My children have to walk or bike in the street because cars park on the sidewalk. It’s so dangerous.

From Forest to Ripley on n main there is so much overgrowth onto sidewalks making it difficult to walk. Some overgrowth is poisonous and some with thorns and stickers. Please please trim for kids walking to school and all the rest of us.

This pothole has been growing and is subject to stormwater which comes down the lane from Pleasant Street resulting in sand and gravel washing out and further degradation of the asphalt.

Timberview way, Avalon drive and Skyview Way at the Preserve at Cohasset. Street lights have been out for 9 months, they were "fixed" one year ago, and were out 3 months later. Management unresponsive. Extremely poor lighting, safety hazard.

This dog is loose behind the 1800 avalon way building at the preserve apartments all the time with no owner in sight.

2022 avalon drive continually lets their dog loose/unleashed all over the Avalon property. Management knows but does nothing. I know it's private property but feel the leash law still applies when several hundred people live here.

When we drove by, it was still alive and moving but injured. Can it be saved?

Not sure if The Preserve is supposed to maintain the exterior street lights on the property, but they have claimed for over 6 months to have street lights "on back order". Some of the streets have zero functioning exterior lights and at night its like walking in pitch black to get to your car, retrieve mail or walk your dog. Seems like a huge safety hazard. Looking for some assistance here.

To Whom It May concern:
This situation persisted since October of 2021. Precariously leaning pole with wires sagging almost to the ground. This has been reported to AT&T (these are cable wires) on multiple occasions by both ourselves and our neighbors. No action is taken so far. Orange cone indicates where a tall car cannot pass. We had a delivery truck stuck in that area, then try to back up and hit a mature tree on the neighbor's property. This 30+ foot tree had to be cut down. This is an accident just waiting to happen, and my young kids pass under this pole/wire twice daily on the way to and from school bus. We have lost patience with AT&T and would like to for the City to step in and facilitate an appropriate action.
