CR 322 sign has been knocked down and the pole is broken. The location is where CR 322 meets FM 16 in Red Springs.

Large pothole that cannot see until too late. Bicyclist seriously hurt due to the pothole.

There is a Willow Tree that is South of the intersection of Rhones Quarter Road and CR 2333 growing in the right-of-way on the West side of the road. This tree blocks a driver's vision when pulling out onto Rhones Quarter Road from CR 2333. This tree needs to be cut down or significantly pruned in order to prevent an accident. The speed limit is high on Rhones Quarter in this area which makes the situation dangerous.

Large Oak tree on the corner of Peninsula Rd and Cr 2128 that has large limbs over road and dropping a lot of limbs in the residential yard on the corner and in the street. Possibly could be dying.

There is a tree that looks like it rotted out and will soon fall onto the road.

GIANT pothole forming in the same location they always form but this one is very deep. The ground underneath the road in this area is washing away so with every rain, the road here collapses. Needs a permanent solution but in the meantime, the pothole being filled would be a blessing!

road is just about impassable and is the only way in or out of this subdivision. When property was bought in 1991 Nolen Sluder the landlord keep hem in godd shape. Since his passing several years ago his heirs have not keep them up. The rd floods from the lake-swamp on the left side of rd and right now am concerned emergency vehicles could not get to anyone that lives here. I am elderly an this concerns me greatly. Please advise what can be done about this matter. This photo is only one of the main sections at the front .

Garbage is surrounding this home. I wouldnt consider this home “safe” for children or adults. It’s an eyesore and the owner doesn’t seem to care. It’s filthy and trashy.

Trash is overflowing on a trailer, their garage door is crumpled so they are putting more trash on top of it, there are children “living” there but I don’t think it’s a safe and clean environment. There is also suspicion of illegal substances being abused at this location.

Sinkhole has opened after last rain. Area approximately 3 feet x 4 feet is sinking, center is 1 foot deep. Unknown how much farther it goes back towards road edge. This is in the area most traveled by vehicles.

Abandoned vehicle parked just west of our residence. It has been there since October 30, 2017. It is a GMC Yukon. I have attached a photo of the vehicle and the license plate.

We need a traffic light instead of a 4 way stop here I have seen multiple people almost get hit every morning (7am to 8am) and every evening (5pm to 6pm). This intersection is dangerous and 4 way stop just makes it even more dangerous as people get impatient waiting 10 to 15 cars deep and when they get to the sign finally they rush or try to beat the other car even though they have the right of way
