I tripped over strip and my grandson fell off his scooter because of speed bumps sticking up . I do not think the city put these on a public road as the speed bumps are tapered bumps not up in such away to cause a walker or jogger to trip and fall or cause a child bicycle to fall off . Could public works please put a slow down sign and cut obstructions from side of road and put in a safer speed bump that is not a hazard ?

This is causing traffic exiting Heritage Way to pull onto the opposite side of the road into oncoming traffic and blocks the view of oncoming traffic. Signs?? "No parking here to corner" - this is a safety issue as there have been multiple accidents there.
