301-399 Feld Ave Decatur, GA, 30030, USA - DecaturPossible Abandoned/Stolen car. Last night, 3/17, I was walking my dog, and two kids got out and walked away from the car with it still running. They were laughing and said something about not turning it off cause its stolen as they walked to the park. Today, 3/18, I walking my dog and the car is still there, but has run out of gas so is off now. No plates and seems suspicious.
