    This building has been vacant for years and the structure is crumbling. There are multiple sections of fence caved in, the roof is partially torn off, and the metal scaffolding from the former volleyball area poses a threat to the adjacent street.

    The residences of the 1000 block of Francis Ave have noticed an increase in traffic and the speed that drivers are going. We have an autistic child in the 900 block and numerous children in our block. Cars speed up and down the streets at all hours. It is scary just trying to get into your own vehicle if it is parked in the street. The street is narrow, we do not have enough street lights and when speed is added to the equation, somebody is going to get hurt.

Trash pickup was Wednesday and they are still out on the street as of today creating an eyesore for the neighborhood. Also they need to ask Republic Services for a lid for their can because their can has no lid and trash blows around everywhere.

    This car parks in the fire lane in front of Building N almost every night. If you are parked in the actual parking spots you are unable to reverse out of the spot. it takes for ever to try and reverse without hitting the car. There used to be a sign stating that it is a fire lane and no parking is allowed but someone removed it. the green stake is still in the ground. There used to be fire lane striping but was not replaced when the managment at the Apartments had the parking lot redone. the striping behind the car (can see in pic) is the only thing they replaced. We complained to the office of Hunter Ridge Apartment and they told us to contact the police there is nothing they can do to stop this.
