This is the only handicapped parking along the side of the road. There is no sidewalk accessible unless you walk a little further. Also the police station; which was my destination is pretty far from this parking slot. And then you need to go all the way to the corner of 13th street and 1st ave to access a flat sidewalk, then to walk down further to the handicapped ramp.
It's just too much. Maybe I'm unaware of other parking areas but this is not accessible.

I find it dark and dim with the new L.E.D lights in my neighborhood compared to the old amber lights.
I do not feel comfortable or safe while sitting on my porch at night and or walking my dog at night (just on my block).
My alley where my garbage can is located is dark too.
I can no longer see my neighbors sitting on their porch..they cant see us either.
Once before we were able to see folks walking up and down the side walk..Now you don't see them until they are right under the light..which can startled you.
I've tried to go a couple of weeks to wait for the ajustment period..but no its still dark.
I called Duke Energy and their customer support team said it's a city issue.
Also I've driven around my neighborhood at night and notice where the LED lights are much brighter. I can name the streets if you like.
But there seems to be brighter lights or rows of lights mounted up there.
Please come and evaluate for myself and my neighbors.
    Thank you,
